By accessing or using Zytriz Photo ID Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. You grant us the limited permission necessary to store, process, transform, display, and deliver that content solely for operating the requested service. You confirm that you have the rights and consent required to process every uploaded image.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, impersonate another person, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, upload malicious material, bypass usage restrictions, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
5. Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Free credits and paid features are subject to the limits shown at purchase. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and expiration dates are displayed before checkout. Except where required by law, completed usage and consumed credits are not refundable.
6. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, improve, modify, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Generated photos should be reviewed by the user before official submission or printing.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Zytriz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, rejected identification photos, printer-driver behavior, or issues caused by third-party services.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, harmful activity, nonpayment, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.
